I have a long history with meal prep — over 8 years, to be exact. And over the years, my kitchen has seen just about every type of meal prep container out there. I’ll admit it, I’ve probably spent hundreds of dollars on different meal prep containers over the years. Many of these containers were plastic, and while they got the job done, they never really held up over time to my weekly meal prep sessions. After all, between frequent use, repeated dishwashing, and a move to another apartment, I couldn’t really expect a cheap set of plastic containers to be invincible.
